Troya Mediterranean Tiburon – Fresh, Flavorful Mediterranean Dining in Belvedere Cove

This was one of the best restaurants I’ve ever visited. We came in one evening as a group of six, with no reservations, and the place was packed. Still, they accommodated us with seating outdoor and even brought blankets. The service was outstanding - it’s rare to encounter service like that these days. And the food was truly out of this world.

Fresh and flavorful Mediterranean cuisine with excellent vegetarian options. We had the Vegetarian feast which was excellent (best falafel and baklava that I have ever eaten). The Espresso is excellent, too.

I had such a lovely time at Troya Restaurant, Tiburon the other day. The place is gorgeous, with thoughtful little touches that make it feel so warm and inviting—like they designed it with a big, cozy hug in mind. The food was incredible, every bite bursting with flavor that left me smiling. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive, making the whole experience feel effortless. Can’t wait to come back!

Just left and had to run to write a review! First time here and already looking forward to coming back! First, the restaurant is absolutely beautiful and clean! Our waitress was the happiest waitress I’ve ever seen! All the staff worked together and seemed like they really enjoyed working there. And the food.. Wow! So DELICIOUS! Everything tasted homemade and fresh. We had the vegetarian feast for two. Overall a wonderful experience! Dont sleep on this spot!

We stopped by Troya Mediterranean in Tiburon after our hike and had such a great experience! The staff was super friendly, the food was fresh and flavorful, and the location is absolutely beautiful. We ordered a Cortado coffee, the Chicken Pita, and the Halloumi & Persimmon Salad — everything was delicious and the portions were big enough to share. Perfect spot to relax and enjoy a great meal after exploring Tiburon!

Absolutely love this place! I think this is Marin's best restaurant. The food is incredible — every dish strikes the perfect balance of authentic Turkish tradition with a fresh California twist. The spices are so vibrant and flavorful, they make you realize you’ve never tasted the real thing before. Everything feels healthy and beautifully presented. The decor is lovely and creates an away-on-vacation type of feeling. The owner and staff are generous, friendly, and welcoming. Such a fantastic addition to the area!

I've been here twice now and have really enjoyed my meals both times - especially the baklava. I'm happy to have more ethnic food choices that are fresh and delicious in town. Thank you!

Since moving to Marin, I’ve missed the family-run Mediterranean food at Troya SF on Fillmore st. I was excited to learn that they've expanded to Marin with some new brunch and dinner items—that are part classic Turkish home-cooked dishes, and part local farm to table fresh goodness. I could have many different meals with sides, salads, and appetizers solo, but the flavors in the burger and ribs are not to be missed. They are very gluten free friendly, as someone with Celiacs. Plus, they’ve partnered with Marin’s Flour Craft Bakery for the focaccia!
